1991

Mike received his license to practice Landscape Architecture in the state of Pennsylvania.

1991

1993

Started MLS Associates a sole proprietorship.

1993

1999

Became incorporated, MLS Associates, Inc.

1999

2000

Took on two partners, Saxinger, Black and Murphy, Inc.

2000

2002

Changed company structure and became Saxinger & Black, Inc.

2002

2008

Formed MLSaxinger & Associates, Inc. and relocated to Lancaster, PA to the Hogan Building.

2008

2014 - 2016

ML Saxinger & Associates, Inc. relocated to the Moore Business Park. This is where they currently reside.

2014 - 2016

Our architect, Lefevre Funk Associates, recommended Saxinger and Associates for our latest Lancaster redevelopment project and we are very happy they did. It was a pleasure working with a firm that has the same work and business ethics we do. Mike was always on top of what needed to be done on the land development side and did a great job for us. We had a very tight timeline and Mike was able to meet it. We look forward to working with Mike in the future.
